"Collaborative Minds, Collective Success" isn't a tagline we picked because it sounded good. It's the idea that when people who share the same values and objectives unite, their combined effort becomes exponentially more powerful than any one of them working alone.
Our founder Bilal Johnson spent his career as a small business banker in Charlotte, watching entrepreneurs get stuck in the same place: real momentum, but no structure underneath it to support the next stage.
